I have a love hate relationship for Elle magazine on one hand their guides to items and features are fantastic it totally fits my tastes but I really dont like the editorials. However Kate Lanphear the style director has the most fantastic dress sense I wish I could wear the style of clothes but I am sadly not built for androgyny which is sad sense it is my current obsession her style is very boyish but she throws on a ton of jewelry and sky high heels it is a fantastic look. I would love if she went to a different magazine or got a little more control of US Elle which has great potential but I dont think it has been reached yet. I am just sick of Vogue (I wonder if she would be a good edition to US Vogue) I have been sticking to reading foreign magazines which has been a very expensive pastime.

I really like her style too. I'm also sick of US Vogue....it's just such a snooze to me lately.
I would like to see more of what she could do as well.
